MeisterSinger watches are recognizable at first sight. Not just because of their single hour hand or the two digit hour indices. Because they are bound to the same aesthetic ideal, they also resemble each other in the carefully selected typography. The Phanero is also a typical master singer - yet quite different: it is much smaller and more angular than the other lines of the house - and with its colored dials particularly expressive.
At the beginning of the year, the Phanero was presented at Baselworld and the one-man watch manufacturer was pleased about the great success of the smallest MeisterSinger. Now the line is extended by two models with mother-of-pearl dials. The shimmering natural material gives the watch its own character because it reflects the light anew and gently takes in the colors of the surroundings. The elaborately applied hour digits are also emphasized, which can either be in the tone corresponding to the individual hour hand in blue or silver-colored.
With a diameter of 35 millimeters and an overall height of 7.5 millimeters, the Phanero is by far the slimmest model of the house. It does not look delicate, certainly not cute: this is achieved by straight straighteners and the edges of the case, the shape of which is accentuated by the alternation of matt and polished surfaces. The high-quality Swiss handrail movement that drives the Phanero can be observed through the four-fold screwed glass bottom.
The Phanero models with mother-of-pearl leaf have a bracelet of suede. The price is 1,549 Euro RRP.
